HSPU, Hurdle Jumps, Weighted Sit-ups Workout
5 rounds:
hspu x 5 (at deficit if possible)
hurdle jumps x 12
weighted sit-ups x 15 (25lb plate)result:
2 rounds of deficit hspu and switched to regular hspu because i was not doing the deficit fully.
