Emom: push-up one more than previous minute
Go as long as possible, result is the number of full sets done.
Ie. 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 lasts 7 mites and result would be 7. -
Rope climbs, push presses and DUs Workout
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
- 15-ft. rope climbs, 3 ascents
- 135-lb. push presses, 12 reps
- 50 double-unders

7 rounds, each for time of:
- 100-meter sprint
- 19 kettlebell swings, 2 pood/1,5 pood
- 10 burpee box jumps, 24-inch/20 inch
- Rest 3 minutes

Wall Walk Test Workout
Find the maximum number of reps you can complete in a single set for wall walks

Rope climbs, push jerks, deadlifts, GHD sit-ups, and wall-ball shots Workout
3 rounds for time of:
- 3 legless rope climbs
- 6 push jerks, 225 lb./160 lb
- 12 deadlifts, 225 lb./160 lb
- 24 GHD sit-ups
- 48 wall-ball shots, 20-lb. / 14-lb. ball
