  • Crossfit Open 13.5 Workout

    4min AMRAP up to 90 reps
    15 Thrusters 100/65
    15 C2B Pullups

    If you make 90 reps, it continues to 180 reps in 8 min of same perpetually.

    I earned a score of 15 for the Open and then modded the c2b with blue banded pull-ups and ring rows. Kyra ran the workout for 8 minutes and my rep count was 70.

  • Power Cleans and Burpee Pull Ups Workout

    Shoulder Press (5-5-3-3-1-1) (45, 55, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, failed at 85 twice)

    3 Power cleans 205/145 (MOD: 95)
    10 Burpee pull ups (MOD: burpee/ring rows)

    5 rounds

    20# PR on shoulder press.
    Cleans felt heavy, but I think they were supposed to. :)

  • Row Run Shoulders Workout

    My legs got fatigued way too early.

    RX. Better at the double unders today. Could go faster on the snatch, but DU's wore out my shoulders.

  • Open Wod 13.5 Workout

    CrossFit Games Open 13.5

    Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
    100 pound Thruster, 15 reps
    15 Chest to bar Pull-ups

    If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.
    If 180 reps (6 rounds) are completed in under 8 minutes, time extends to 12 minutes.
    If 270 reps (9 rounds) are completed in under 12 minutes, time extends to 16 minutes.
    Etc.
