Med-ball cleans and double unders (main site Friday 180112) Workout
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
- 20 medicine-ball cleans
- 60 double-unders

2-position Squat Clean (High Hang/above the knee) Strength
12min EMOM:
2-position Snatch (High Hang/above the knee)Add loading after 3 sets.
We repeat this same excercise for 3 weeks. Try to add loading each week.
