25 Minute Partner AMRAP:
- 100 1-Arm Alternating DB Snatch @ 15-35/35-50 lbs.
- 400 Meter Run
- 100 DB Goblet Squats @ same DB you used for Snatches
- 1,000 Meter Row
- 100 Hand-Release Push-Ups
- 400 Meter Run
100 Pull-Ups
- Reps are split evenly and sets are broken up as needed between partners. Only one partner works at a time. Have fun and have a great weekend!

Six sets of:
Back Squat x 3 reps @ 3211
(aim for approximately 80-85% of your 1-RM back squat)
