For time:
1600m run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air squats
1600m runTimecap: 45 minutes.
*A long one. You can either scale from the distance/reps or do it “Cindy” -style. e.g. 10 rounds of 10 pull-ups, 20 push-ups and 30 air squats. Bike (3200m) is a good alternative for running.
