100 m Farmers walk
15 Box jumps (60/50cm)
5 Power Snatch (75% of 1 RM Power Snatch) -

DB snatches and DUs Workout
5 rounds for quality and minimum rest:
- 12 x dumbbell snatch, alternating (55/35lbs)
- 35 x double-under

For quality, OTM for 16 minutes: Workout
Odd: 8 Unbroken deadlifts (50-60% of 1RM Deadlift)
Even: 12 Supine ring rows
