Back Squat cycle 4 week 1 Strength
Add another 5kg to previous total (90%+5kg +5kg+5kg) = 90% +15kg
Please talk to the coaches if the last cycle was tough or you missed sessions!Week 1: 65% x 5, 75% x 5 85% x 5+
Push on the last set and post reps.

EMOM 10 Workout
Snatch x 2
Ascending weight every 2min. Start at 60%. Increase weight gradually. Last minute aim for 90-105%, depending on how you feel.

Romanian deadlift and anti-rotation judo-chop! Workout
4 rounds:
- 4-6 barbell romanian deadlift, tempo 51X1
- rest 2min
- 8+8 wide stance anti-rotation chop
- rest 2min
Ssme weight in all sets. Do not use a belt

3-4 rounds, tempo 3101
- 10-15 walking lunge with two dumbbells
- rest 60sec
- 10-15 single leg glute bridge
- rest 60sec
