I would now suggest we use our actual 1RM -

Shoulder Press Strength
Every 1,5 min for 5 times
1 shoulder press @80% of 1rm
Dont go to your max weight on these. With this load you can press it up as hard as you can. Dont be "lazy" , push hard when its time. -

Clean pull Strength
For quality:
[Clean pull + 2-position squat clean (below the knee and from the floor)] x 5.
Use 75-85 % of 1RM Clean -

EMOTM: 5 power snatches Strength
On the minute for 10 minutes: 5 power snatch (touch and go, otherwise only 3 reps)
