AHAP, but try to get the sets as close as possible to each other. DO not "build up" to the last set!

7 min AMRAP:
- 5 L-pull-ups
- 5 strict HSPUs
Rest 2 minutes
Then 7 min AMRAP:
- 10 kettlebell snatches (heavy, 5 left, 5 right)
- 20 DUs
Finisher: 40 band pull aparts
