    Jos olette valmiit ennen 20 min time capia, tehkää loppuaika wall climbeja niin paljon kuin jaksatte.

    Time cap: 20 min
    Skaalaukset tarpeen mukaan.

  • Pull-up + Dip complex Workout

    1A) strict pull ups + kipping/butterfly + T2B 3x(5+5+5)
    1B) Dip + L-sit 3x8 + 10s

  • 20min EMOM Workout

    20min EMOM:

    1) 3-5 Slamball over the shoulder
    2) 8 DB Thruster 22,5/15kg

    Overall RPE 4

    Thrusters unbroken, if not scale the loading or reps. Badasses use heavier loading!

    40%/max reps
    Rest 60s.
    30%

  • Thruster Strength

    Thruster

    Rest as needed.
    Don't leave anything in the tank.
    Clusters(clean and thruster) are not allowed.
    You can use rack if you want.
