3) 10 Double KB Hang Clean + STOH
4) 10-20 Deficit Push-Up (use KB Handles)
5) 10 Double KBS (eye level)Start this workout by doing 10 Double KB Hang Cleans, after completed use some machine til clock hits 02:00 and do 10 double KB STOH...Use 2 xKB for this workout. One round is 10min, total of 3 rounds.
