  • Gymnastics Workout

    EMOM10
    1. Bar muscle ups / Chest to bar pull ups / Pull ups / Kipping
    2. Hand stand walk / Shoulder taps in a wall facing handstand hold or plank

    *Choose the movement you want to practice. You can do one or two unbroken sets and then rest the remaining time of the minute. No need for going hard - the focus here is on getting better at gymnastics skills.

  • WOD-liiga marraskuu: 3-REP MAX Workout

    0:00–10:00 “Mää teen 1, 3, 5 niin tee sää 2, 4, 6”
    EMOM10
    5 burpees
    max 1-DB thrusters loppuaika minuutista

    RX: 15/22.5 kg
    Scaled: 10/15 kg

    Rooleja vaihdetaan joka minuutin jälkeen.

    10:00–15:00 ”3-REP MAX”
    3-rep max front squat. Tanko otetaan kyykkyräkistä.

    Käyttäkää kahta tankoa ja kyykkypaikkaa. Tangot saavat olla valmiiksi lastattuina. Kumpikin saa kyykätä omaan tahtiin.
    Tulos on molempien kisaajien parhaan hyväksytyn kolmen toiston etukyykyn painot laskettuna yhteen.

    In 4 minutes:

    Then rest 90 seconds and in 4 minutes:
