20 x On The Minute:
1st Minute: 3-6 x Strict Pull-up (chest to bar if possible)
2nd Minute: 3-6 x Front Squat @ 60-70%
3rd Minute: 10 x Box Jump (step down) @ 61//51cm
4th Minute: 3-6 x Strict HSPU
Repeat for 5 rounds (20mins).Record scaling and other details.
