10 banded stick hollow hold pull downs
10 wall ball supported low back leg raises to bar hanging on low bar - ass on the ground
3x3 point raises with kipping - 1 tuck up + 1 knees to armpits + 1 straight leg raises

1RM in 8 sets. Rest 2:00-3:00B) Front Rack Reverse Lunge
4 x 6-8 each. Rest 90s.C) Toes to Bar
2 set for max reps. Rest 2:00
- 2 scores; 1st and 2nd set.
- Scale: Kipping Leg Raises, Strict Knee Raises -
Push jerk 3 x 3 Strength
Push jerk 3 x 3, päivän kunnon mukaan go heavy. Voit lisätä painoja jokaiseen sarjaan.
