- Assault Bike x 60 seconds
- Hamstring band pulldown x 10 each side
- Band quad stretch x 10 each side
- Band front rack/triceps stretch x 10 each side
- Thread the needle x 10 each side
- Reach + Rotate x 10 each side
- Foam Roller Prayer Stretch x 10
- Reverse Lunge x 10 each side (alternating overhead reach and rotate)
