Fun at the Friggin' Floodwall Workout
Pick up something heavy and Run to Floodwall and Back (vest/medball/plate/kb/sandbag)
Then,
5 to 1 and 1 to 5 of:
+ Clean and Press with kbs or barbell (barbell 155/95, double kb 53/35)
+ Strict Pull Up
(i.e. 5 clean and jerks/1 rPU, 4 c & j/2 PU… 1 c & j/5 PU)
Then,
Run to Floodwall and back (fast without extra weight) -

3 rds:
200m Run
1 minute rest
1 minute of 2 pood KBS (25, 22, 20)
1 minute rest
1 minute of pull-ups Pull-ups (26, 20, 17)
