Min. 1 - Bear Crawl x 1-2 lengths of the floor (down and back = 1 length. If not finished by 50 seconds, stop and transition to the next station)
Min. 2 - KBS to Eye Level x 15 @ 35-53/15-35 lbs.
Min. 3 - 15/12 Cal. Row/Ski Erg/Airdyne (if not finished by 50 seconds, stop and transition to the next station)
