    Pre WOD Strength: 1x20 back squats

    WOD:

    -100 pull-ups
    -100 push-ups
    -100 sit-ups
    -100 squats

  • Workout Workout

    EMOM X 15 Minutes:

    • Min. 1 - Bear Crawl x 1-2 lengths of the floor (down and back = 1 length. If not finished by 50 seconds, stop and transition to the next station)

    • Min. 2 - KBS to Eye Level x 15 @ 35-53/15-35 lbs.

    • Min. 3 - 15/12 Cal. Row/Ski Erg/Airdyne (if not finished by 50 seconds, stop and transition to the next station)

  • Front rack walking lunge Strength

    6 x 10m

  • Back squat Strength

    4x8, tempo

  • DU + DB Work Workout

    For Time

    100 Double Unders

    Then 3 rounds of:
    -10x Deadlift 50lb DB
    -10x Front Squat 50lb DB
    -10x HSPU

    Then:
    100 Double Unders

  • Leg It Out Workout
