200 Double Unders
5 Rope ClimbsAfter the DUs and rope climbs were done, we moved into an AMRAP:
10 Toes to Bar
6 Burpees
28 American Kettle Bell Swings (52 LBs)
^Flutter Kicks^While one partner was working the AMRAP exercises, the other was on the floor doing the Flutter Kicks.
Rounds: 4, minus 11 KB swings.

Power Snatch (40kg) x5, (Supposed to be Snatch but my shoulder won't let me OH Squat)

DUBs x30,
Every min on the min do 5 Burpees (145 in total)
