2# PR on the shoulder press. Burt said I was over extending my back and not to go higher until I correct that. Cleans felt ok. I wouldn't go higher yet for a wod.

I did repeats of:
10 Thursters + 10 Towel L-sit pullups.
Pullups were Killers on the grip
Thrusters felt pretty good. I need to work on them to get more comfortable with working in duress/ fatigue.I used 75, 85, 95, 105, 115 for the thrusters and after the 1st couple of rounds I went from 8 reps to 10 for the last 3 rounds.
Took a short break between rounds... I was thinking and i was correct that these movements would be on the upcomming Open WOD. -
Box jumps, Ring Dips, DUs Workout
I went to the brooklyn heights gym and did a bunch of rounds of:
50 DUs + 10 high box jumps (probably around 32-34")
Then after a few rounds of that I made it into a triplet of:
15 ring dips, 50 DUs, 10 high Box jumps.
felt pretty good overall. -
