Decline Barbell Bench Press:
- 3 rounds:

70kg x 3 = 210
60kg x 3 = 180
TOTAL = 570
Standing Cable Fly's (strict form)(kg = total weight):
- 3 rounds:
17.5kg x 3 = 52.5

Was shooting for around 45min mark. I actually know what I did wrong, so I look forward to this one again. Special thanks to Jenny for helping me with my 2nd mile.
