So pissed. I thought I had 65 on the bar and it turns out I had 60. I needed and wanted an rx on this. I did the 24" box and threw the 16 lb wallball to the 10' but I still did not rx the g2o's. Overall, impressed with my form.

Run 400m together
150 Box jumps Alternating 1 for 1 with partner( 20 inch )
75 Wall Balls Alternating 1 for 1 with partner ( 20lb )
Run 400m together
75 Air squats Alternating 1 for 1 with partner
150 Lunges Alternating 1 for 1 with partner
Run 400m together
tiff was my partner and we jumped the 18in box.

Dead Lift, Ring Row, Power Clean Workout
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 Reps
Dead Lift @ 245lbs
Ring Rows (Injured shoulder so no bench for me)
Power Clean @ 145lbsToday was suppose to be Linda and the 3 Bars of Death, but my shoulder and bench press don't get along so modified the WOD accordingly.
Oh and this was CRAZY!
