Burpees with a 6 inch jumpI'm really sick and running off of hardly any sleep from the last 2 days, but I made myself go into the gym to do this stupid WOD. I was aiming for 70, but when I saw everyone else's score, I was more like "well, I'll be happy with 60, especially feeling like this!"
I managed to get 73. Could have EASILY done 75, but I stopped and was like "I'M DONE!!!"
You know what the messed up part is?? I'm contemplating doing it again on Saturday if I'm feeling any better so I can try for 80.
So stupid.

Jumping to touch a ring no less then 6" above your highest reach...
***well this was hard for me... I may give it another go tomorrow night.. I hit 67 and had 3 or 4 no reps which sucked... My engine is still a weak point but at least I did it... I wanted at least 70 and got close... We will see about tomorrow.

Passed out on the floor of the globo gym group fitness class room for about 20 seconds. Awesome start to the weekend. I guess I'll try to go higher next week .. .maybe.
