I did my go to WOD of:
10 rounds of:
10 KB swings (I used a 50 lb KB as it was the heaviest KB they had at the YMCA)
10 Toes to Bar (nice padded bar was better on the grip
Went unbroken for all sets.

Työnnöstä eri versioina vetoja ja eri korkeuksia kokonaisiin työntöihin. 49kg saakka.
Loppuun uus vatsaliike, joka omassa päässä taipu heti nimeen mc koppakuoriainen. 🤭

sledding with the kids at Crandall Park for about 1.5 hours Workout
Went sledding wtih the kids and Tom and his kids for about 1.5 hours. Good time until the end when the kids gave each other white washes and they got all upset.

swimming with family at YMCA Workout
met up with Tom and Izzy and Charlotte with my kids and we swam for about 1.5 hours non stop.
Good Time -
finish loading up truck with Suffern stuff and then drive up to G.F, and then unload the truck Workout
Finished loading up the truck with a ton of Suffern stuff and then drove it all up to Glens Falls and then had a lot of help to unload it all into the new house.
Lots of work, but bulk of work about done.
DAY 3 - glad it's all over
about 3 hours of work in the morning, then about 3 hours drive, then about 3 hours to finish moving everything all around in the house. -
loading up the truckm, packing more and driving back to Suffern Workout
I went up to Newburgh and rented a 26' truck with Kristof and then we drove back to Brooklyn and loaded up the truck with almost the entire apartment. We did have 2 Ecuadorians who messed up and left early after about 4 hours of work - then Kristof and I finished it up until about 9 pm

About 11 hours of real work actually
