  • Masters Competition Day 2; WOD 1 Workout

    5 rounds with a 12 minute cut off
    5 Dead Lifts (225 LBs)
    10 Kettle Bell Thrusters (52 LBs)
    Run 100-200 meters (not sure how long the actual run was but it was somewhere in this range)

    Result: took second in my heat!

  • Masters Competition Day 2; WOD 2 Workout

    10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 with a 10 minute cut off
    Power Snatches (95 LBs)
    Stick Jumps (12 inch stick)*

    *One stick jump was counted for jumping over and back of the stick. So it was really a 20-18-16-... for that exercise.
