Snatch Technique Workout
Snatch Technique - went up to 135#, backed it down to 115# - lots of reps drilling shoulder's back w/ chest opened up
3x5 Strict Press
3 sets M.E. pullup - 9,10,910min AirDyne for Calories - done as 30s intervals - 163cal
