  • Fight Gone Bad Workout

    WOD: "Fight Gone Bad"

    Three rounds of:
    Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
    Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
    Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
    Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
    Row (Calories)

    In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

    30 Dumbbell Box Step-ups (20" with 25's/16" with 15's)

    ***Competitors: Step it up to a 4" higher box with 10lb increase in weights.

    Did biggest loser warmup and cardio 1 with lifetime fitness class

    5x 50lb dumbbell press
    10 incline situps

    For time 5 rounds of:
    * 5 power clean 60kg
    * row 250m
    * 1min rest

    Squat Clean (135#)
    Ring Dips

    I was freaking slow as hell but did it Rx damn it! Really spent time (too much) focusing on technique and form on the Squat Clean. Ring Dips come pretty easy for me and was able to crank those out pretty darn quick.

    135 is the heaviest clean I have attempted and completed. This time should be cut down to about 12 - 13 minutes next attempt.

  • 3-5-11 WOD - Team WOD - 200m Run, Tire Flips, Push-ups, Wallballs, KBS Workout

    20 min AMRAP
    1 person sets pace with 200m Run and 5 tire flips
