20 Push ups
20 Overhead squats 95/65 (MOD: 35#)
200m run16:06 - went light on the OHS while I'm easing back into workouts. Dawn said to pick a weight where you could do the first 20 unbroken, then 10's, then 5's, and that didn't happen even at 35#!
