50 Box jump, 24 inch box

Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Sit-ups
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders -
Partner WOD - bench press/OHS/toes to bar/dips Workout

JD and KentAs a team complete 100 reps of each of the following exercises. Alternate between partners for rest as needed:
135 lbs bench press
45 lbs overhead squat
toes to bar
