5reps @ 40, 45, 55kThen
5 x5 reps @ 70k
Then as many KB snatches as possible in 10 mins =112

I missed 3 body blaster for last round but I can't be bothered doing the math for reps right now. 20 minutes was pretty sick if you ask me.
