  • Memorial Day Workout

    3 Rounds:
    25 Double Unders
    15 Pull Ups

    3 Rounds:
    25 Box Jumps (24")
    15 Ring Dips

  • Lunging Fran Workout

    Pre WOD:
    1 Rep Max Thruster 125 lbs.

    WOD:
    For Time

    21-15-9
    Thrusters (Rx 95/65)
    40 yards of Prisoner Walking Lunges after each set.

  • Spank the Ego Workout

    1 minute of work per exercise rotating through the 5 exercises with 30 seconds rest between each exercise

    Burpee pull-ups

    Wall ball shots 14 lb.
    Kettle bell swings 30 lb.
    Overhead squats pvc pipe
    Push press 45 lb.

  • Half Angie + DU Workout

    50 Pull Ups
    50 Push Ups
    50 Ab Rollers
    50 Air Squats
    50 DU

    The pull up bar was frozen. The ab roller was harder than sit ups by far.

  • Paul (Hero WOD) Workout

    5 Rds for time

    50 DU's

    35 K2E

    60Ft Overhead walk with 185lbs on bar.

    1st time doing this. Wasn't sure about 185lbs overhead so I used 155lbs.
    This is only the 2nd WOD since logging them that was not Rx. Felt o.k so next time, I will do 185.
