    First time, doing Grace. Felt proud that I did 75 pounds. Room for improvement, especially with the time. But, not bad for a 1st time!

    Barbells for Boobs was a great time! Great people.. great cause... great time.

    Great showing @ CFSC. Had some people from other gyms as well. This is for a great cause. Would like to have been under 3 min. I"m Not sure I know where I can shave off 30 secs though. Had a great time with some good people.

    AMRAP 20 w. a partner:
    60s Row for Max Calories
    - 1 Athlete rows 60s Max Cals while their partner rest for 60s.
    (60s Transition between AMRAPs)
    Then,
    AMRAP 4 w. same partner:
    Turkish Get-ups (24/16kg)
    - 1 Athlete completes a rep on each side then alternates.

    • Score = total calories + total TGU
    • Alternate Options: Rowing = 200m Run, Assault Bike, 60s Sledpush (moderate) or Ski Erg
  • Run for Your Lives Zombie 5k Workout

    5k obstacle race, was actually 2.5k
