5 Rounds for time of:
30 KB Swing (2pd/1.5pd)
30 Burpees
30 GHD Sit-Ups (regular)[Scaled Sit-Ups & 1.5 pd]

Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:
11 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
2 Deadlifts, 315 pounds
10 Handstand push-upsscaled to porch by brand x
11 pull ups
2 dead lift 225

Pk-treeni koiran kanssa sateessa, kesto noin 45min ja sykkeet vaan noin 130 kun vanha koira ei jaksa kauaa juosta :D

Anni Vuohijoen treenit. Pakko sanoa et odotin vähän enemmän :/ muutama tosi hyvä vinkki, mutta fyysisesti ihan todella kevyt setti. Noooh, hyvä lopetus kevyelle viikolle.
