Only did 30lbs ohs. They scare me and my core is super weak. 16 in box jumps. Jumped all but the last round and blue band dips.

20 Push Press
40 KB Swings
60 situps35lbs pp 25lb kb due to shoulder. Was so drenched with sweat after that I left a wet spot on the floor.
