Takakyykyn aloituspaino (N 15kg / M 20kg). Lisää jokaisella kierroksella 2,5kg painoa tankoon.
Käytä split squatissa käsipainoja tai kahvakuulia lisäpainona mikäli mahdollista. Painot kommenttiin. Tulos on kaikkien toistojen yhteismäärä. -
