For time:
3 Pull Ups
3 Toes to Bar
20 Hang Power Clean (divided by 2)(each round you decrease the number of reps by 2 until you reach 2 reps)
- every time you drop the bar all members must do 5 burpees

EMOM 30' - Sled Push, Lunges, Rope Climb Workout
EMOM 30' for 10 Rounds of each exercise
Minute 1 - 20 meters sled push @50kg
Minute 2 - 10 meters Front Rack Lunges @50kg
Minute 3 - AMRAP Rope Climbs -
Snatch 5x2 Strength

Keep the weights light, focus on speed under the bar. I used 100kg which is around 80% of my 1rm.
