110kg edelleen, plaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah. (edellisellä viikolla meni 115...)

sain 14 kierrosta+5 leukaa+ 1 punnerruksen. En ehkä saanut kierroksia ihan satasella kulkemaan ja uskomatonta, mutta kyykyt oli ehdottomasti pahimmat. Leuat kulki iloisesti aina putkeen ja punnerruksetkin oli tehtävissä, mutta ilmakyykyt...
