12 HSPUmodification: I have decided to start doing Russian KB swings when using heavier weights because it is one of my worst lifts as I use my arms way too much. I popped my hips better today and kept a loose grip with the KB.

Run 100mThis was much more difficult than I thought it was going to be. I was considering shortening it to five rounds after #2. But I decided to sack up and make it happen. Glad I did!
