Three rounds for time:
10 reps 135 lbs squat cleans (from the floor)
20 reps 24 in box jump11:30
At carolina src. Squat cleans were tough. Cleans not so much but the front squats were exhausting.

Random Lifting Day Workout
- lots of hip flexor stretching
- 3 x5 pull ups
- 3 rounds strict press (95,115,125) x7 reps
- bench press 135x10, 185x5,185x5,185x5, 135x10
- hang clean 95x10-15 for technique
- 135 squat clean x5, form is terrible, but improving
- 100 double unders
- 3 rounds of push jerk/press 135x7,185x5,195x3,205x1 fail, 205x1 PR
