70m wheelbarrow walk
70 box jump 60/50cm,
70 push press 20/15kg,
70 Knees-to-elbow,
70 BurpeeOne does, other one rests. You can switch as many times as you want but all e.g. box jumps has to be performed before continuing to next movement.
