15 Min EMOM Workout
Alternate through for 15 Min.
- Towel grip KB goblet carry 40m
- 90 degree bent arm hang 20-30 secs ( pull up grip )
- 45 secs of shoulder press 30/20kg

18 Min EMOM Workout
alternate;
1. 10 front Squats 60/40 rack or no rack you choose
2. 5-8 strict HSPU -

EMOM8: 3x Push Press Workout
AHAP, but try to stay with same weight all workout. Focus, and use your legs!

For Quality: Workout
15 x Deadlift (75 % of 1RM)
35 x Weighted sit-ups
12 x Deadlift
35 x KB swings (pick a heavy kettlebell or two)
9 x Deadlift
