Clean 4 x 3 rest 2 min between sets. These are NOT touch & go. Only good lifts so don't go to failure. (clean = squat clean)
Rest 2 min, then
One set of tng power clean x 10 reps. We will repeat this for next 3 weeks so don't go nuts

10-8-6-4-2:
- 200 m run
- front squat 82,5kg/52,5kg (bar starts from the ground)
Workout ends with 200 m run

15 minutes:
- snatch grip push press + ohs (3+2) find heaviest set
