Split jerk tech Workout
Split jerk tech
Aluksi käydään saksiasento läpi ilman tankoa askeltaen sakseen.
Tämän jälkeen dippi asento ja ponnistuksen rytmi.
Sen jälkeen tehdään ponnistuksen kanssa (bodyweight split jerk)
Tähän voi käyttää aikaa noin 10-15min.10min with empty barbell/light weight:
3 press in split (behind the neck) + 3 push jerk in split (behind the neck)10min with light weight:
3 split jerk behind the neck with 2s pause at the dip & catch10min with technical weight: 2 split jerk with 2s pause at the catch
