Start with 5 reps of everything, each time through add 1+rep. How high can you climb? 15 sounds nice. Rest at end of each round if needed.

then,
Floor
Push-up
Frog Jump
Loaded Beast to Front Step Left and Right
V-Sit Crunch

Climb and repeat until end of class.
