Shoulder to overheads and box over burpees Workout
5 rounds:
- 1 min: 5 shoulder to overheads (first rep from the ground) and rest of the minute: box over burpees
- 1 min rest
60% 1RM clean & jerk, max 60/42.5kg. Try to do push jerk if possible - press and split jerk are ok too.

Pull-ups, wallballs, DUs and sit-ups Workout
4 rounds:
- 1 min Pull-up
- 1 min Wallball
- 1 min DU
- 1 min Sit-up
- 1 min Rest
