Every 3 Min for 15 Mins Workout
Every 3 Mins for 5 Rounds;
20 jump lunges (10 per leg)
10 Kb front Squats 2x24/16Kg ( db also works)
10-15 kip SwingsAim to get the work done in around 2 Mins, reduce reps if needed.
