38 Double UndersI made it a point to purposefully snatch every single GTO, I could have gone a little faster if I did clean and jerks/push presses, but that would have defeated my goal :D
After the WOD I did more snatch work, started at 95 and worked my way up to 140# snatch! Which is a new 1RM PR!!!! WOOT

15 OH SquatsGot some OH Squat work to do...and 'run' is a strong word for what I was doing by rounds 4 and 5.

15 Overhead Squats (65lbs)I LOVE overhead squats! My shoulders are ultra flexible, so locking them in and up feels really comfortable...with that being said...I am not a fan of running. All of my squats were unbroken, my run was a slow trot.
BW: 130lbs
