Weighted Tabata - Mainsite SUNDAY 101128 Workout
I had to scale this one right back as I am pretty useless on the dips and pull ups which were supposed to be weighted.
Tabata pull-up
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Weighted squat, 45 pound plate
Rest 1 minute
Tabata dips, 30 pound dumbbell
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Deadlift, 165 pound barbelll
Score: 2 + 9 + 3 + 2 = 16
Finished with some hand stands and OHS with 20k/45lb bar
