Bouldering Workout
Climbing with Ville. Was a load of fun and I signed up for a "topprepskurs" to be able to climb on my own wherever. Looking forward to the next time.

"Rest"/ strength WOD Workout
-15 mins mobility
-run half mile*4 rounds of:
-10 bicep curls (25# db)
-10 leg lifts
-5 pull ups
-25 flutter kicks
-10 push ups with dumbbells (25#)
-25 V ups
-10 strict press (25# db's)
-25 bicycles
-3 ring dips*All movements done with 5lb ankle weights/ not for time

Back Squat & 15 Min AMRAP (Wall Ball, T2B, & Box Jumps) Workout
5x3 Back Squat
WOD: 15 min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
- 10 Wall Ball (20/14lbs)
- 10 T2B (toes to bar)
- 10 Box Jumps (24/18 in)
