  • 04.07. WOD Workout

    E2MOM, 5 rounds:
    Strict pull-ups 3-6

    Every 30 sec, 6 rounds:
    Quality push-ups 2-4

    EMOM 20 min:
    1. Ski / Row / Assault
    2. Box jumps
    3. Hollow rock
    4. Rest

  • Muscle & Power, AV1 Strength

    Front squat 5 RM, then 3x3 @ same weight

  • Clean EMOM Workout

    15 total reps. Started with 135 and worked up to a fairly easy 185 on the fifth or so rep. Then dropped down to 155 for the rest.

  • Cry Me A River Workout

    Warm up:
    50 jumping jacks
    40 flutter kicks
    30 vert crunches
    20 pushups
    5 burpees

    3 rounds for time:
    20 hip raises right
    50 weighted Russian twists
